i have a suggestion in the other rpg i used a actual fighting style called the hedgehog style i was thinking could we all have a special style of fighting that we can all use that doesn't count towards are abilities also one of my abilities in role play sparring in the rpg was i had a bankai stage two would it be possible to incorporate that ability into the forum? please consider

Get rid of page refreshes for skill training. Use AJAX instead. This will have two benefits, it reduces the amount of data going to and from the server, thereby reducing your bandwidth usage significantly. It also means that we don't have to wait for the page to refresh to start another skill training.

Allow longer training for a greater benefit. That is, you can train x 5 but not get any of the benefits for 25 minutes. Obviously, this will be limited by the amount of Reiatsu you have, but it's a more sensible option than repeatedly pressing the train button every five minutes.

Oh and clans could be a type of animal of somthing for a hollow, they could randomly chose a animal(Think Grimmjow),this is nothing special just make the game funner
