Registration Problems.

Hi guys. So my problem is very simple to solve, i think. I registered for the brpg i got my letter with password and activation ling but they don't work. Neither of the two links actually.
The msg i got is "The user could not be found, please follow the link specified in the mail
if problems persist contact support."
i decided to write here first. I am not the only one. I asked a friend to join the "community" too and he got the same issue as me. Is there a way to fix this?
