Technique description: After diligent observation of the hollows' cero, The technique uses a specific incantation invented to make a spell imitating a cero, though it is quite advanced.
Kido flash is about 2 times as powerful as a regular cero if used with an incantation, but no matter how expert, someone using it without an incantation will only be able to make it about as powerful as a regular cero is. The cero is colored the same as the reiatsu of the person firing it.
Kido flash is also much more draining than a cero would be for a hollow.

This has been suggested before and rejected. We would like to maintain a certain difference between Hollow and Shinigami techniques. A shinigami Cero would have an opposite effect of that.
